The profile page is your personal hub in KeyEnv. Access it by clicking your avatar in the sidebar. It is organized into four tabs: General, Security, Activity, and Account.

## General

The General tab shows your profile information and team memberships.

### Profile Information

Your profile card displays:

- **Avatar** -- Your profile picture (synced from your sign-in provider)
- **Name** -- Your full name
- **Email** -- Your primary email address
- **Member since** -- The date you created your KeyEnv account

To edit your name, avatar, or email, click **Edit Profile**. This opens your Clerk account settings in a new tab where you can update your personal information.

### Team Memberships

Below your profile card, you can see every team you belong to along with:

- **Team name**
- **Your role** -- `admin` or `member`
- **Join date** -- When you joined that team

This gives you a quick overview of your access across all teams without navigating to each one individually.

## Security

The Security tab lets you review your sign-in methods, two-factor authentication status, and active sessions.

### Connected Accounts

This section lists all sign-in methods linked to your account:

- **Password** -- Whether email/password sign-in is enabled or not set
- **OAuth providers** -- Connected accounts such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, or Apple, along with the email address associated with each

### Two-Factor Authentication

Shows whether 2FA is currently enabled or disabled. Click **Enable 2FA** (or **Manage 2FA** if already enabled) to configure two-factor authentication through your account security settings. This opens Clerk's security page in a new tab.

> **Note**
>
> Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in. It is strongly recommended for all users.

### Active Sessions

Lists all devices and browsers where you are currently signed in. Each session shows:

- **Browser name and version**
- **Location** (city and country)
- **IP address**
- **Last active time**

Your current session is labeled with a **Current** badge. You can revoke any other session by clicking the **Revoke** button, which immediately signs you out of that device.

> **Warning**
>
> Revoking a session takes effect immediately. The signed-in device will need to authenticate again to regain access.

## Activity

The Activity tab displays a chronological log of your actions across all teams.

### Viewing Activity

Activity is displayed in a table with the following columns:

| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | When the action occurred |
| Team | Which team the action belongs to |
| Action | The type of action (e.g., created, updated, deleted) |
| Details | The affected resource name or identifier |

Actions are color-coded by category:

- **Create** actions (e.g., created a project, added a secret)
- **Read** actions (e.g., accessed secrets)
- **Update** actions (e.g., updated a secret, changed a role)
- **Delete** actions (e.g., deleted a project, removed a member)

### Filtering

Click the **Filters** button to narrow down your activity log. Available filters:

- **Action** -- Filter by a specific action type from the dropdown
- **Start Date** -- Show only activity from this date onward
- **End Date** -- Show only activity up to this date

Click **Apply Filters** to update the results, or **Clear** to remove all filters.

### Pagination

Activity logs are paginated at 25 entries per page. When there are multiple pages, navigation controls appear at the bottom of the table showing:

- The range of entries currently displayed (e.g., "Showing 1 to 25 of 142")
- Page number buttons for direct navigation
- Previous and next arrows

## Account

The Account tab provides data privacy controls and account deletion.

### Data Export

You can request a full export of your KeyEnv data. The export includes:

- Account information
- Projects and environments
- Secret names and metadata (values remain encrypted)
- Team memberships
- Audit logs
- API token metadata

To export your data:

1. Click **Export** on the Data Export card
2. Review what is included in the export
3. Click **Request Export**
4. You will receive an email notification when the export is ready

Once the export is ready, return to this page and click **Download** to save the file. Exports have an expiration date -- if an export expires, you can request a new one.

> **Note**
>
> Secret values are exported in encrypted form for security. The export contains metadata about your secrets, not the plaintext values.

### Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your KeyEnv account from the Danger Zone section.

Deleting your account removes:

- Your account and profile
- All projects you own
- All secrets in your projects
- Team memberships
- API tokens
- Audit history

To delete your account:

1. Click **Delete** on the Delete Account card
2. Review the list of data that will be removed
3. Type **DELETE** in the confirmation field
4. Click **Delete My Account**

> **Warning**
>
> Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data is permanently removed from KeyEnv's servers. Export your data first if you need a copy.
