End-to-End Encryption: Your secrets are encrypted on your device before transmission. We cannot access the unencrypted content of your secrets. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your encryption keys and data.

Maintaining appropriate backups
Securing your encryption keys
Managing access permissions for team members

6. Service Plans and Billing

The Service offers different subscription plans with varying features and limits. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYENV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may delete Your Data after a reasonable retention period

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KeyEnv regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
